Drawing, sketching, and painting are forms of visual art within the fine arts. Each uses distinct techniques and tools like pencils, pens, brushes, charcoals, watercolors, oils, and acrylics on surfaces such as paper 

or canvas. Regardless of the medium, the final essence lies in creative expression.

Lakshman Bala’s consistent sketching practice boosted his confidence and honed his visualization skills, paving the way for his career as a top illustrator at a leading advertising agency in Bangalore. 

This marked a major turning point, giving him the ideal platform to showcase and refine his talent. 

Though he had some prior knowledge of drawing and painting, it was in the advertising industry that 

he truly learned to express his art through various professional media .Grateful to be in the right field, Lakshman Bala credits his success in art and music to divine blessings of the Almighty.

 Lakshman Bala’s career in illustration flourished, earning him recognition from prestigious clients. 

He collaborated with leading advertising agencies in Bangalore, boosting his professional reputation. 

To enhance his skills, he earned a State Distinction in the State Drawing Grade Examination and also earned 

his Master’s in the field of Advertising.
 

Lakshman Bala later learned the art of Tanjore painting and showcased his versatility by exhibiting his work at the prestigious Shashi Kapoor's Art Gallery in Mumbai. More recently, he displayed a series of bird paintings at the prestigious Chitrakala Parishath Art Gallery in Bangalore. He is currently preparing to exhibit a new series of nature-themed paintings in the city. Lakshman Bala believes that his  life has been full of challenges, and he has always embraced and made the most of every opportunity that came his way.

Although Lakshman Bala strongly believes in his own potential, he credits his success to the blessings 

of his parents, the grace of God, and the unconditional support and love of his well-wishers.
