or ideas. It uses popular media channels like newspapers, magazines, radio, TV, cinema, outdoor hoardings, banners, direct mail, internet ads, and digital platforms, including social media.
 

Lakshman Bala began his career as an illustrator at a leading advertising agency in Bangalore, turning his hobby into a profession. This marked a turning point, giving him the ideal platform to showcase his talent and grow in the field of illustration. While he had strong artistic skills, he learned how to apply them commercially in advertising. Grateful for his journey, he values his achievements in Art, Design, and Music.

This achievement boosted his credentials and earned him recognition in the advertising industry. 

He worked with several top advertising agencies in Bangalore and upgrading his skills by getting certified with state distinction in the ''State Drawing Grade Examination''. Driven by his success, he earned a Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations, and also qualified himself with a relevant Masters in MBA. 

 His strong credentials, education, and extensive experience earned him a top role at a leading advertising agency in India/Dubai operations.

His related education and rich experience equipped him with valuable knowledge, fueling his growth 

in illustration, design, and visualization and run an Advertising Agency. Over the past 20 years, 

he steadily advanced in the advertising industry, ultimately attaining a senior position.
 

Lakshman Bala heads a design house with a skilled team serving diverse industry needs. 

Though confident in his abilities, he credits his success to his parents' blessings, divine grace, 

and the support of well-wishers. He also shares his expertise by delivering lectures at business schools 

in Bangalore.

Lakshman Bala actively serves as an HR professional assessor for corporates, managing his responsibilities while traveling.
