Advertising is a paid form of communication or publicity sponsored by an identified entity, involving the presentation and promotion of goods, services, or ideas. It utilizes popular media channels such as newspapers, magazines, radio, television, posters, cinema film posters, outdoor hoardings, banners in malls, direct mail, internet banner ads, and digital marketing, including social media advertising.
Lakshman Bala began his career as an illustrator in a top advertising agency in Bangalore, India. This opportunity allowed him to turn his hobby into a profession. It marked a pivotal moment in his career as he realized he had found the right platform to showcase his talent and excel in the field of illustrations. While he already possessed artistic skills, it was here that he learned various techniques to apply his art in the commercial world of advertising. He feels fortunate to be in his chosen field and expresses gratitude for his achievements in Art, Design, and Music.
This accomplishment enhanced his credentials and earned him recognition in the advertising industry. He worked for several renowned advertising agencies in Bangalore and achieved distinction in the State Drawing Grade Examination. Motivated by his success, he pursued a Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations (PR) and a Master's Degree (MBA) in Marketing Management, which eventually led him to hold a prominent position in a reputable Advertising Agency based in India/Dubai.
His educational journey empowered him with knowledge and propelled his growth and success in illustration, design, and visualization. Over the past 20 years, he has steadily climbed the ranks in the Advertising field, reaching a senior position.
Currently, Lakshman Bala manages a design house with a team of dedicated professionals catering to various industries' design needs. Despite having faith in his own abilities,
he attributes his success to the blessings of his parents, the grace of God, and the support of
well-wishers.
In addition to sharing his expertise through lectures at business schools in Bangalore,
Lakshman Bala is actively involved as an HR professional Assessor for Corporates, fulfilling his responsibilities while traveling.
